Candidate Requirements
Meets the Biblical qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1–7 & Titus 1:6–9
Affirms the Baptist Faith & Message 2000

Expectations of Ministry Practice
Exegetical, Expository Preaching
Whole-Church Ministry Outlook
Holistic Discipleship Approach that seeks to equip hearts, minds, and hands for ministry

Desired Qualities
Mdiv from an accredited institution; a concentration on Pastoring, Preaching or Biblical/Theological studies (or related area) is highly preferred
5 years pastoral leadership experience: shepherding the body; administratively leading other pastors, staff, and teams, etc.
Licensed and Ordained by a like-minded church
