Education Pastor

Job Description

The Education Pastor at First Baptist Church Lindale, TX will oversee the education and discipleship ministries of the church. Working alongside the Senior Pastor, he will guide our Sunday School ministry, Nominating Committee, Wednesday Evening Equipping Classes, Women’s Ministry, etc. He will also oversee our Student Minister and Children’s Director. Applicants must have a heart for discipling men in the church and training new teachers, potential deacons, and elders. Additional responsibilities include counseling, regional networking, and preaching/teaching.
