Job Description

Trinity Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a senior, teaching pastor to shepherd our elder-led, congregationally-ruled church. We are seeking a godly man called to serve as the primary teaching elder in a full-time, vocationally supported role. He will devote himself to prayer and the ministry of the Word, working together with a plurality of elders to shepherd the flock of God.
He is called to preach and teach the whole counsel of God, rightly dividing the Word of truth, and systematically expounding the Scriptures to equip the saints for the work of ministry and to see them grow in the grace and knowledge of Christ. Together with the other elders, the pastor promotes sound doctrine within the church, spiritual health and growth among its members, and intentional engagement in mission to a lost world.
