About Church
At Doxa we are devoted to glorifying God by making disciples. We are not a church of perfect people. Rather, we are a group of people united by faith in Jesus Christ and believe that where he is made much of, God moves powerfully to change people.
We have four unalterable convictions that keep us focused on our mission.
Biblical Preaching
“Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching.” 2 Timothy 4:2
Passionate Worship
“God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.” John 4:24
Fervent Prayer
“Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints.” Ephesians 6:18
Bold Evangelism
“And also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak.” Ephesians 6:19-20
