Maple Avenue Bible Church

Our desire is to honor and glorify God in every aspect of our lives—within our church, our families, and the life of each believer. Living Coram Deo, “before the face of God,” shapes our central focus and fuels our commitment to God-centered living. We affirm God’s design for church governance through a plurality of elders, believing that each local church should be led and shepherded by a team of godly men called to serve in this biblical office. At the heart of our ministry is sound doctrine, which acts as the foundation of Christ’s true church. Rooted in the gospel, it encompasses teaching the full counsel of God as revealed in Scripture. Our worship is guided by the Bible, as we seek to glorify God “in spirit and in truth,” in accordance with His Word. Our fellowship is Spirit-filled, grounded in the shared experience of regeneration by the Holy Spirit and the unity found in believing the same gospel.  Finally, we are devoted to verse by verse expository preaching, systematically teaching the Scriptures to uncover the doctrinal truths about God, humanity, and redemption in Christ, and to apply these truths to our daily lives for His glory.
