Associate Pastor for Youth

Job Description

To help revitalize our church youth program and to assist the Senior Pastor as necessary. This can be a full-time, part-time, Bi-vocational, or Internship position. Acts in the absence of the Senior Pastor, receiving phone calls, leading staff meetings, overseeing worship services, and other duties as assigned. Serves as preaching associate to the Pastor. Assists in discipleship development, serving as a facilitator/teacher in the different modules of training. Works in tandem with the Senior Pastor in the strategic planning process including evaluation of ministry performance; review of mission, vision, and core values; development of key objectives and tactics; and establishment of goals.
