Family Ministry Intern

Job Description

A pastoral residency program (9-12 months) focusing on ministry development, serving, and mentorship. The resident will join Mercy Hill Chapel (www.mercyhillchapel.com) in Cleveland, OH as a member and serve alongside the elders to advance the mission of the church. The residency program will be tailored to the abilities and ministry vision of the resident. A third of the program will be hands on ministry/service, a third will involve mentorship/observation/church involvement, and a third will consist of reading and writing. The resident will spend approximately 15-20 hours a week with resident responsibilities.
