The Bible Church Evangelism Leader Internship

The Bible Church is offering a 20-week internship beginning in May 2024. Our intern will be mentored by, and work alongside, the elders in planning evangelism/outreach events. This may include door-to-door and park witnessing, local street fairs and parades, new movers canvassing, sports tournaments, and more.

The intern will meet each Tuesday with one of the elders. In addition, he may be given other opportunities to serve in the Youth, Young Adults, Music, Sound and Media, High School Bible Club, and Scripture Reading and Prayer Ministries. The estimated time commitment for this position is 20 hours/week. It is ideal for someone in or recently out of seminary to gain experience before they jump into full-time ministry.

Our intern will be required to share their testimony in front of the church and voted on by the congregation. Housing will be provided for the duration of the internship. A 300$ Stipend will be given each month.

Our goal in providing this internship is to provide a place for a man who believes he may be called to vocational ministry to get a glimpse of what ministry is like, grow in his understanding of God’s word and its application in life and evangelism, and to allow the local church the biblical place in calling out men for ministry.
