About Our Church
The Lord has been kind to sustain and grow our congregation over the years, and we are thankful for a church family that values:
• Christ-centered, expository preaching
• Meaningful church membership and discipleship
• A shared commitment to the 1689 London Baptist Confession of Faith
• A plurality of elders who seek to shepherd the flock together in unity and love
We are located in Vail, Arizona, a growing community in the southeast Tucson area.
We are seeking a man who will joyfully labor alongside our elders as a Preaching Elder, giving particular attention to:
• The regular preaching and teaching of God’s Word, especially on the Lord’s Day
• Shepherding the congregation through prayer, counsel, and personal care
• Equipping and encouraging the saints for the work of ministry
• Guarding sound doctrine and helping lead the church with wisdom and humility
This is not a solitary role, but a shared ministry—serving as a brother among brothers, with a primary responsibility in preaching while walking in mutual accountability with the other elders.
