Youth Minister

Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a married man and his wife who are willing to serve together to minister to our youth and actively pursue spiritual and physical growth of our youth department. Currently, we only have a handful of youth, but we are prayerfully seeking the Lord’s will in this area. We have a heart to minister to our youth and others who may join us so they are edified and sharpened by their leaders and peers. Single men are encouraged to apply as well. We are seeking the one whom the Lord leads to us and will not be hasty to make a decision. The one who joins us in this ministry will be expected to be a full-time member of our congregation, attend all regular services and meetings as much as possible, affirm our statement of faith (First London Baptist Confession), and serve the Lord with gladness. He will be tasked with creating a presence in our community and working with the elders to develop programs, studies, and activities to grow and serve our youth, who are the next generation.
