Job Description

Summary:
Fairview Baptist Church is looking for a pastoral assistant who will assist the elders in producing video and other digital content as a ministry of our church. This man would use the teaching of the church and produce video and other content to advance the gospel and equip the saints. This would include content such as short documentaries, podcasts, testimonies, and outreach videos. Our desire is to use digital media effectively just as the Reformers used the printing press to advance the cause of Christ. This is a full time salaried position.

Qualifications:

A man aspiring to the qualifications in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
Agreement with our doctrine and philosophy of ministry.
A passion for content creation.
Creative with experience and skill in producing digital content.
SEO experience and targeted content distribution using various social media platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, as well as a collaborative and servant-hearted attitude.
