6-week Interim Pastor

Job Description

Our pastor is a Navy Reserve chaplain and on a semi-regular basis he’ll need to be away for training. Currently he has two 6-week blocks coming up in the next two years. During these times, we’re hoping to find somebody to serve as an interim pastor, a man who would be willing to not only preach and teach, but also do counseling, hospital visits, funerals if necessary, etc. We’d obviously be willing to financially compensate the individual and help with things like room and board, if necessary. This position would be ideal for a seminary student, guy exploring a call to full-time ministry, or retired pastor. If you’re interested, feel free to contact us for more information.
