Worship Pastor

Job Description

We are looking for a qualified man to be our next worship pastor. Our church is seeking someone who can craft weekly worship services in line with our values:

6. Spiritually Formative

Our worship services include Scripture reading, prayer, catechism, singing, and benediction.

This individual will be working closely our pastoral team as a fellow pastor. He may be expected to perform other pastoral duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in music ministry or related field is preferred.

Candidate should be qualified as an ordained minister or aspire to ordination, meeting the qualifications of an elder.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Job Description

Plan each component of our worship service, selecting readings as well as songs.
Coordinate with media team to have appropriate A/V resources as well as instrumentalists.
Drive efforts of teaching and guiding church in proper theology of worship.
Lead weekly worship services through singing and/or playing instrument.
