Music Minister

Job Description

Second Baptist Church is seeking a music leader who is proficient in leading congregational hymn singing (modern and ancient hymns) with our Exalt Praise Team (4+ members), as well as leading a small choir.
We desire a man with a shepherd’s heart that can prayerfully fulfill the following core responsibilities: planning, coordinating, and leading gospel-centered congregational singing that engages the congregation, complements the preaching of God’s Word, and exalts the name of Jesus Christ for weekly and special services.
Must have a high view of the sovereignty of God in the salvation of man.
